Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Edmonton will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday and Thursday 9 am to 11 am and Tuesday 9 am to 2 pm (local time). 
Public tender openings will be suspended until further notice. Following solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.  
Due to limited staff available, bidders are strongly encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery that are available should the solicitation allow.

General Landscaping Standing Offer, 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn, SK.
Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Department of National Defense (DND) in the form of call ups for General Landscaping work at the 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn, SK. 

Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis.  

It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. 

The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3), years. 

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
