EV385-22035, General Contractor Services, Saskatchewan

Work under the Regional Individual Standing Offer comprises of General Contractor Services to undertake construction, alterations and urgent repair work, on an ‘as requested basis’, at the following Correctional Service Canada Facilities in Saskatchewan:
.1 Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan;
.2 Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan;
.3 Willow Cree Healing Lodge, Duck Lake, Saskatchewan;
.4 Oskana Community Correctional Centre, Regina, Saskatchewan

Services are to be provided on an “as requested basis”. 

It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued the standing offer. 

The standing offer will be issued for a period of three (3) years.

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
