Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: W690D-220035, Refrigeration and HVAC , Camp Dundurn and CFAD Dundurn, Dundurn, Saskatchewan. Work under the Standing Offer comprises the material, labour, equipment, supervision, and transportation to provide refrigeration equipment in Dundurn, SK. The scope covers work at Camp Dundurn and Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn and associated fixtures on an "as and when" requested basis by DND in the form of call-ups for provision of refrigeration and HVAC services. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. It is anticipated that only one (1) firm will be issued a Standing Offer. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A - Standing Offer. Debriefings After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
