Minor Maintenance Services Standing Offer


On behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), PWGSC
requests a Standing Offer to supply labour, material and
supervision to perform minor maintenance and alterations to
buildings, and building systems and surrounding areas of Moose
Jaw Armoury and Burdick Range, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

Work includes, but is not necessarily confined to: services of 
carpenter, plasterers, drywall applicators, block layers, cement
finishers, electricians, plumber/gas fitters, painters, and
trade apprentices to carry out maintenance and minor alteration
type work at areas indicated above.

Services are to be provided on an as required basis.  It is
anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued to the
lowest compliant offeror.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years
from the date of Standing Offer issuance.

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirement. See Part 4
and 5 of the RFSO for details.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
