CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Resolute Program of Work for PCSPC
Resolute, Nunavut

This project involves a number of upgrade projects at the Polar Continental Shelf Program complex in Resolute, NU. The second northern most community in Canada, Resolute Bay is located in the High Arctic on the south coast of Cornwallis Island. The gateway to the High Arctic, Resolute Bay is the major stopover for expeditions to the North Pole and to Quttinirtaaq (Ellesmere Island) National Park, and a base for scientific research. The projects, grouped by building and discipline are noted below. Note that any project may requiresome level of multi-disciplinary input.  

A Construction Manager (CM) is required for the project to provide advisory and general contractor services.
