Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Parks Canada Agency requirescontractor services for the replacement of an existing culvert with a new resource bridge at the Miette Hot Springs, Jasper National Park, Alberta.

The project is located in Jasper National Park of Canada in Alberta. The project site access road
fromHighway #16 is located approximately 34 km from Hinton, Alberta at the Miette Road
junction and also serves as access for Pocahontas Bungalows. The project site is located at the
Miette Hot Springs facility, at the end of Miette Road, 17 km from Highway #16 and Miette Road
junction.

The project will involve removal of the existing culvert and construction of the new bridge
crossing Sulphur Creek, trail re-grading, removal of wastewater and pool discharge pipes from
the culvert and relocation, and modification to spring water line and clean water supply and
suspending it under the bridge.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on Tuesday June 28, 2016 at 10:00 am MDT.  Interested bidders are to meet at Jasper National Park, Miette Hot Springs, At the existing Sulphur Creek Culvert on the trail  leading to Fiddle River Trail.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
