    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Parks Canada Agency (PCA) requires structural engineering consultant se
    rvices, with heritage masonry experience, to provide guidance and 
    safety oversight of work at the Prince of Wales Fort, Churchill, MB. Work is expected to be done during July/August 2017, 2018, 2019. 
    
    The Manitoba Field Unit (MFU), Parks Canada Agency (PCA), has requested 
    
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), to engage a structural engineering Consultant specializing in massive historic masonry structures to provideadvice/guidance for the stabilization of various portions of the stone masonry walls at the Prince of Wales Fort at Chu
    rchill, Manitoba. PWGSC requires consultant services over a period of three years from 2017 to 2019, which are to include design andconstruction supervision, the provision of on-site review of masonry stab
    ilization work and repairs to trusses, and the provision of engineering 
    advice to Parks Canada's Restoration Workshop who is acting as the contractor. 
    
    The proponent shallbe afirm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be
     required by law in the province of Manitoba.
    
    This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection process. This 
    
    
    means that the proponent must submit all technical information as
    phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost
    proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that information related
    to fees or costs are not included with the technical portion of the
    proposal.
    
    This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in English.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
