REQUIREMENT: Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by the Department of National Defence, Wing Construction Engineering Contracts, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta in the form of call ups to carry out structural and pressure welding services on an "as required” basis.  

It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. 

The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years with the option to extend for an additional one (1), one year periods.
