Requirement:
Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of all labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material as requested by Public Service and Procurement Canada and/or Correctional Services Canada in form of call ups for General Contractor Services such as the repair, replacement, alteration and minor construction of various Building components and access, concrete work, etc at Institutions in the Edmonton Area, Alberta. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis. 

It is anticipated that 1 firm with be issued a standing offer.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years from the date of Standing Offer issuance.

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirement. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
