REQUIREMENT: 

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for the replacement of flat roofing surfaces for various buildings at CSC’s Pe Sakastew Centre located in Maskwacis, Alberta as detailed in the specifications, drawings and Invitation to Tender document. 

This project includes but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing roofing systems down to existing roof deck and replacement with new; various new siding/flashing/downspouts; coordination around existing mechanical and electrical equipment. 

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.

Optional Site Visit:  There will be a site visit on August 30, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Pê Sâkâstêw Centre, Highway #2A. 

Location: Front entrance of the Main Admin Building.
Requirement: All participant have to provide a Government issued valid photo ID before the meeting. 

Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between:
