Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of all
skilled labour, materials, tools, equipment and supervision
required to provide electrical installations and maintenance
services, on an "as and when requested" basis, for the
Department of National Defense for six Defense buildings located
within the City of Calgary and the Ghost River Cadet Training
Facility, located approximately 40kms North West of Cochrane,
Alberta.

Work site locations for this Standing Offer will be:

1.	Currie Building - 4225 Crowchild Trail SW, Calgary
2.	Waters Building - 4225 Crowchild Trail SW, Calgary
3.	Military Museums - 4250 Crowchild Trail SW, Calgary
4.	HMCS Tecumseh - 1820 - 24 St. SW, Calgary
5.	Mewata Armoury - 801 - 11 St. SW, Calgary
6.	NE Armoury - 1227 - 38 Ave. NE, Calgary
7.	Ghost River - 40 kms NW of Cochrane, AB.

It is anticipated that only one (1) firm will be issued a
standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of
three (3) years.  

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements.  See Part 4
and 5 of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for details.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.

There is a security requirement associated with this

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
