Reissue of Bid Solicitation
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number EV385-160533/A dated 2015-07-24 with a
closing of 2015-08-18 at 02:00 PM MDT. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

This project will involve the replacement of a CCTV system,
replacement of the existing cameras, and new installation of
cameras, to the base building of Alvin Hamilton, located at 1783
Hamilton Street, Regina Saskatchewan and the installation of a
new camera system to the base building of ITAX, located at 1955
Smith Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. The ITAX building camera
system will be connected to the new CCTV system at the Alvin
Hamilton Building.

There are approximately 45 cameras in the Alvin Hamilton
building and 11 cameras in the ITAX building. Both buildings
will be occupied throughout construction.

There will be a site visit on Sept 24, 2015 at 1:30 pm.
Interested bidders are to meet at the commissionaire station in
the Alvin Hamilton Building, 1783 Hamilton, Street, Regina, SK.

Important changes have been made to the Integrity Provisions -
Bid as of July 3rd 2015. See GI01, Integrity Provision-Bid of
R2710T of the General Instructions for more information. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
