Request for a Standing Offer (RFSO) for the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material, by Department of National Defence, CFB/ASU Edmonton, Alberta including Cardiff Transmitter Site and Riverbend Receiver Site.  Work under this Standing Offer will be in the form of call ups, on an "as and when requested basis",  for the provision of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanical repair and replacement services for all air conditioning, refrigeration, make up air handling systems and equipment, roo

f top units, exhaust fans and a 24 hour emergency repair service. 

It is anticipated that only one (1) firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued from date of award to 
March 31,2019.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors must submit a completelist of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent toa Criminal

 Record Verification form and related documentation.

Optional Site Visit:It is recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror visit the work site.  Arrangements have beenmade for a tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on January 13,2016,at 10:00 am at Building 177, Rhine Road CRB Edmonton. Offerors are requested to communicate with the Standing Offer Authority five (5)

 day(s) before the scheduled visittoconfirm attendance and provide 
the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.  Offerors may be 
requested to sign an attendance form.  Offerors who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will notbeprecluded from submitting an offer.  Any clarifications or c
hanges to the Request for Standing Offers resulting from the site visit 

will be included as an amendment to the RFSO.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
