REISSUE OF BID SOLICITATION
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EW525-162707A dated 2016-04-12 with a closing of 2016-05-03 at 02:00 PM MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Description:
Work under this Contract comprises the removal and replacement of 17 gun ports in the Unit 6 of the Saskatchewan Penitentiary (SKPen), Prince Albert to accommodate the new 40mm gaslauncher.

Integrity Provisions: 
Important changes have been made to the Integrity Provisions - Bid as of July 3rd 2015. See GI01, Integrity Provision-Bid of R2710T of the General Instructions for more information. 

Listing of Contractors:
As per GI07 of R2710T you should provide using Annex C at Bid closing a list of Subcontractors that have 20% or more of the tendered price value.

Optional Site Visit:  
There will be a site visit on May 18, 2016 at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meetat the Public Works and Government Services Office, Building A3, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
