General Contractor Services for the Correctional Service Canada,
Edmonton Area, Alberta. 

Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of all
labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and
material as requested by Public Works and Government Services
Canada and/or Correctional Services Canada in form of call ups
for General Contractor Services such as the repair, replacement,
alteration and minor construction of various Building components
and access, concrete work, etc at Institutions in the Edmonton
Area, Alberta. Services are to be provided on an "as required"
basis. 

It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued to
the lowest compliant offeror. 

The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years
from the date of Standing Offer issuance. 

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirement. See Part 4
and 5 of the RFSO for details. 

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
