Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of an Architectural firm, acting as prime consultant to
undertake the design of and provide construction site services
needed to fit up of office accommodations for Department of
National Defence Canada within the Greenstone Building in
Yellowknife, NT.

Aboriginal Benefits Evaluation

In this requirement "Tlicho Representations" will allow for up
to a maximum of 10 points increase adjustment to a proponent's
overall total score, for evaluation purposes only, in accordance
with the following Bid Criteria based on the provision of proof
that your organization or service provided meets the criteria
stated in Aboriginal Benefits.

The proponent shall be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be
licensed to provide the necessary 
professional services to the full extent that may be required by
law in the Northwest Territories. 

This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection
process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical
information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also
submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure
that information related to fees or costs are not included with
the technical portion of the proposal.

This procurement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
