The objective of the project is to repurpose approximately 170 m² (1830 ft²) of existing office space into a food service and open recreation area. The scope of work for this project will likely involve the following:

• Demolition and removal of existing offices, applicable ceiling and wall assemblies;
• Installation of new wall and ceiling assemblies;
• Electrical / Telephone / Data demolition and installation services;
• Mechanical demolition and installation services;
• Plumbing and Gas fitting demolition and installation services;
• Drywall installation and finishing;
• Painting and dropped ceiling installation;
• Fire protection systems installation;
• Cabinetry and finishing carpentry.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site.

The site visit will be held on May 16th, 2016at 09:30 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at Grierson Hill Facility, 9530 - 101 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta.

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.  

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to providethis Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Faxed submission will NOT be accepted. Only revisions are accepted via fax.
