Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material necessary for high pressure welding work as requested by the Department of National Defence, Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton, Alberta as outlined in the Department of National Defence Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis.

It is anticipated that one firm with be issued a standing offer.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. The usage over the term is estimated at $1,050,000.00 (GST/HST included).

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. 
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A - Standing Offer.  

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
