Renovate gutted 2nd floor library space into new boardrooms and work areas.  Work will include, but is not limited to: new interior partitions and glazing, doors & hardware, core drilling, general mechanical and electrical, new lighting, etc. There will be significant coordination required to work around existing mechanical and electrical equipment infrastructure.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 and $250,000.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site.

There will be a site visit on March 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Faxed submission will NOT be accepted. Only revisions are accepted via fax.
