Work under this Standing Offer Agreement includes the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete minor mechanical projects, renovations, maintenance, inspections and repairs for the Department of National Defense, Edmonton as outlined in the Department of National Defence Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis.
It is anticipated that up to 4 firms will be issued a standing offer.
The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years with two (2) one year options.
This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. 
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A - Standing Offer.
