Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Concrete Installation Standing Offer - Department of National Defence, Wainwright, Alberta W642C-13CE61/A Ho (RPC), Hector Telephone No. - (780) 497-3543 Fax No. - (780) 497-3510 E-mail - hector.ho@pwgsc.gc.ca Request for a Standing Offer for the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, material and travel as requested by Department of National Defence, Wainwright, Alberta in the form of call ups for the provision of masonry/concrete repair or replacement: 1) Cleaning and coating of steel lintels over windows 2) Concrete or masonry lintels, sills, caps, etc in conjuction to replacing or repairing concrete 3) Minor repairs to concrete and masonry surfaces, i.e., walls , steps, floors, etc, ; repointing of stone and precast concrete 4) Saw cutting of concrete surfaces 5) Dowelling complete with epoxy grouting 6) Lead, aluminum and copper flashings when replaced in conjunction to concrete repairs 7) Replacement or new expansion and control joints in concrete floors, slabs and walls 8) Sandblasting of masonry surfaces or embedded steel rebar. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years from date of Standing Offer issuance. The total expenditures over the term is estimated at $750.000.00 (GST/HST included). IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention. Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, 2006 (2013-06-01) Bidders must submit the following as part of their bid. A complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder; Debriefings After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
