    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) -
    Environmental Services has been retained by NRCan is seeking
    tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour
    and supervision to manage the surplus equipment disposal and
    fence construction at their warehouse location in Tuktoyaktuk,
    NT as detailed in the specifications, drawings, and Invitation
    to Tender documents. The work consists of removing usable
    equipment form the warehouse and donating it to various groups
    in the community. The material that is not able to be reused
    will be disposed of at the local landfill. Some items require
    special disposal and will be shipped south to a suitable
    landfill. 
    
    A fence will also be constructed to proplery divide the property
    from the adjacent lands. Approximately 120 meters of fencing
    will be utilized for this portion of the project. All work to be
    completed in accordance to specifications and in compliance with
    all relevant codes, guidelines, standards, criteria, acts and
    regulations. 
    
    
    Aboriginal Benefits Evaluation
    The Contractor has the ability to receive evaluation deductions
    through the provision of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement
    involvement in their proposal.  A reduction of up to 5% may be
    applied to the total assessed bid price based on the provision
    of proof that your organization or service provided meets the
    criteria stated in Aboriginal Benefits.
