Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: General Construction Services Standing Offer, CFB 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta W0134-16CYPK/A REQUIREMENT: Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation andmaterial necessary to provide renovations, maintenance repairs and general construction services as specified in the Statement of Work for the Department of National Defence (DND) Cold Lake, Alberta on an as required basis This procurement containsMANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. It is anticipated that up to 3 firms will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer(s) will be issued for a term of three (3) years.The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is estimated to be from October 1, 2016 to November 30, 2019. Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form and related documentation. "There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A - Standing Offer. Offerors should consult the "Security Requirements for PWGSC Bid Solicitations - Instructions for Bidders" document " (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/lc-pl/lc-pl-eng.html#a31) on the Departmental Standard Procurement Documents Web site." "The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)." Debriefings After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
