Crown Housing Roof Replacement - Yellowknife, NT

REQUIREMENT:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Asset Performance, is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision for the renovations of five crown owned houses in Yellowknife, NT that are in need of roof repair as detailed in the specifications, drawings and Invitation to Tender Document. 

All five houses will undergo the same scope of work as shown the attached tender documents, for which a high level summary is provided below:
-removal of the drywall ceiling that contains asbestos
-removal of mould stained attic insulation
-bleaching of any residual mould in ceiling space
-installation of foamed in place insulation in ceiling space
-installation of new drywall ceiling
-paint ceiling and walls
-remove/replace asphalt singles

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will bea site visit on Friday July 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at 5202-55th St, Yellowknife, NT.

The requirements of the Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement will apply to the proposed procurement.
