W6900-223266 - General Contractors Services Standing Offer, Real Property Operations Unit West Garrison Wainwright, Alberta


Requirement:

Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Department of National Defence (DND) Real Property Operations Unit Garrison Wainwright in Denwood, AB. The scope of this Standing Offer covers all required work on all infrastructure on, or associated with, Garrison Wainwright. General Contractor work will be considered any installation, inspection, report, repair, maintenance, demolition or replacement of Infrastructure whether carried out by the Contractor’s Employees directly or by a Sub-Contractor in their employ. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. 

It is anticipated that two (2) firms will be issued a Standing Offer.

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
