Requirement:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada (CSC) is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision to renovate and upgrade the Structured Intervention Unit (SIU) located in Bowden, Alberta.
 
The Bowden Institution , SIU Renovations and Upgrades located in Bowden, Alberta is comprised of the following key elements.

The project includes a 1235m2 for renovation and alterations of an existing facility. The scope of work includes but is not limited to exterior and interior renovations, mechanical and electrical works.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure
