    Requirement:
    Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
    licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
    requested by Public Works and Government Services
    Canada/Correctional Services Canada, to undertake repairs,
    demolition and replacement work, for various types of flooring
    finishes, at the following Correctional Services Canada
    Institutions, Grierson/Stan Daniels Center, Edmonton AB; 
    Edmonton Maximum Security Institution, Edmonton AB; and Edmonton
    Institution for Women, Edmonton, AB  on an "as required" basis
    for a period of two years from date of Standing Offer issuance,
    estimated from October 15, 2013 to September 30, 2015.  The
    services to be provided by the Contractor will be defined in the
    SOA Call-up. Services may include, but shall not be limited to,
    the following: Carpets, Resilient sheet flooring, Porcelain
    tiles, Epoxy flooring, Hardwood flooring. It is anticipated that
    only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer.  The total
    expenditures over the two year term is estimated at $600,000.00
    (Applicable Taxes Included). This procurement contains MANDATORY
    requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.
    
    IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
    certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
    attention.
    
    Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, 2006
    (2013-03-21) Bidders must submit the following as part of their
    bid.    
    
    A complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder;
    
    Debriefings
    After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
    debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. 
    Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
    within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
    offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
    writing, by telephone or in person.
    
    This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
    English.

    procurement.
