Boilers and Pressure Vessels Inspections for Province of Manitoba.

Requirement:

The Government of Canada occupational safety and health legislation and regulations as they pertain to the Public Service of Canada requires that boilers, pressure vessels and piping system and safety devices attached thereto in operation be inspected and tested at the prescribed frequencies by a "Qualified Inspector" to determine that the applicable occupational safety and health requirements are met.

Annex "A" describes the minimum activities for the in-service inspection of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping systems, and associated safety devices attached thereto in accordance with the requirements of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR) as pursuant to the Canada Labour Code Part II.

The period of the Contract is from Date of issuance to March 31, 2023 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract for two (2) additional consecutive one (1) year periods. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Technical requirements and terms and conditions specified herein.

Mandatory technical evaluation criteria are included in Part 4 Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection, of the solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
