Work under this contract comprisesd of renovations of the office space, 

located at K division Headquarters; and further identified as removal 
of exisiting movable walls, retention of movable walls and doors , 
coordination with maintenance company for the movable walls and doors 
in storage. Relocate the mechanical and electrical fixtures and correct 

ceiling and archtectural finishes as per the drawings and 
specifications. Moveable walls will be from a supply held by Owner’s 
maintenance company; transported and installed by the contractor.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and 
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper 
version.  Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the 
Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consist of PDF files 
organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
 
NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

*SECURITY CLEARANCE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED*
 
It is recommended that the Bidder ora representative of the Bidder 
visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a tour of the 
work site. 

The site visit will be held on: November 12, 2015 at 9:00 AM local 
time. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.  

Note: Photos will not be permitted.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority a 
minimum of five (5) businessdays before the scheduled visit to confirm 


attendance, provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend and 
complete a Security Clearance Request Form. Bidders that do not 
complete the Security Clearance Request Form risk being denied access 
to the site.

CODE OF CONDUCT: "IMPORTANT NOTICE:  New measures related to Code of 
Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents 
requires attention."

SUPPORT THE USE OF APPRENTICES: Through Canada’s Economic Action Plan 
2013, the Government of Canada proposes to support the employment of 
apprentices in federal construction and maintenance projects. Please 
refer to SI12 of solicitation document for further instructions.

of the Agreement onInternal Trade (AIT).
