REQUIREMENT: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a civil engineering firm, acting in the capacity of the coordinating engineer of record, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants (as required) for the provision of service required for this project.  The design intent of the project is to: replace aging water, sewer, roadway, and sidewalk infrastructure within the Waterton Town site.
