Administration Space Allocation Renovations, Bowden Institution,

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Correctional Services Canada is seeking tenders for the
provision of all materials, equipment and labour required for
the renovation of the South side top floor of the main Bowden
Institution Administration Building, Innisfail, AB.   The work
includes but is not limited to:
Removal and replacement of Drywall ceilings; Asbestos removal;
Erection of new partition walls; Installation of doors;
Installation of a new file vault including the required support
system from the basement up to the Top (second) floor;
Replacement of Fluorescent fixtures; and
Electrical outlets.

All Contractors to be escorted by Commissionaires for the
duration of the work.

Contract Completion:  18 months from date of Contract Award

Optional Site Visit:  
There will be an optional site visit on September 18, 2014 at
10:00 A.M. Interested bidders are to meet at Correctional
Services Canada, Main Gate Building, Bowden Institution, Bowden,
Alberta. 

Drawing and Specifications are available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF).  Tenderers
should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1) contains the Drawing and
Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files
organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
