Work Description:
Work under this contracts is for the improvement of the Highway
intersection at KM 151.8 of the Alaska Highway in Northern,
B.C..  Town of Fort Nelson is at KM 453 of the Alaska Highway. 
Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1.  Excavate, load, haul, place and compact common embankment
material for roadway widening to accommodate new turning lanes
on the highway.
2.  Supply, haul, place and compact Select Granular fill,
sub-base and base grave course, and Shoulder gravel fillet.
3.  Produce asphalt mix aggregate.
4.  Supply of Asphalt Cement
5.  Asphaltic Concrete mix product and asphalt surfacing km 151.8
6.  Supply and install CSP culvert.
7.  Pavement Marking
8.  Other related work.
 
Delivery Date: 
The work is to be completed within eight (8) weeks after
contract award.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between 
$1,700,000.00 to $1,900,000.00.

services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid
