    Work Description:
    Work under this  contract comprises the conversion of the duty
    office building to ISS. 
    The demolition portion of the project consists of the removal of
    some existing interior walls, doors and glazing units; the
    removal of an existing exterior glazing unit; the removal of
    some existing millworks; the removal of three existing exterior
    doors and frames; the removal of some existing plumbing
    fixtures; the removal of some existing flooring; and some other
    minor items as indicated on the drawings.
    
    Site Visit:
    A site visit has been scheduled for 22 August 2013 @ 10:00 AM
    PDST.  Contractors are to meet at the Welcome Buiding at
    Kwikwexwelhp Institution, Harrison Mills, B.C.  Contractors are
    to note that this is not a mandatory site visit and is optional.
     However, it is recommended that contractors visit the site
    prior to closing. 
    
    All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets
    WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site
    visit.  No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or laptop
    computers are allowed into institutions at any time
    
    Delivery Date:
    The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
    of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
    be completed within six (6) weeks after contract award.

    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between 
    $150,000.00- $230,000.00.
