    Work Description:
    Work under this Contract covers of renovation of existing
    residences located at Coast Guard Station, Bamfield, B.C..
    
    Site Visit:
    Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
    submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
    investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
    the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    A Site Visit has been scheduled for 18th November 2013 at 12:00
    p.m. local time at Bamfield Coast Guard Station, 65 Customs
    House Lane, West Bamfield, B.C.
    
    The Station is in West Bamfield, only accessible by water. 
    Access is by driving to the Government Dock in East Bamfield and
    arranging transport by water taxi at 250-728-1212.
    
    Delivery Date:
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twenty
    (20) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
    offer.

    Value of Project:
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between 
    $550,000.00- $650,000.00.

    when issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
    Firms that elect to base their proposal on documents obtained
    from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
