Title:
ESDC Relocation and Interior Renovation

Location:
Kelowna Federal Building, Kelowna, BC

Work Description:
Work of this Contract comprises the partial renovation of the
main and thrid floor, located at 471 Queensway Avenue, Kelowna,
BC and further identified as ESDC.  Work to be performed under
this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following
items covered further in the Contract documents.  1. Demolition
of existing partition walls, finishes and millwork; 2.
Construction of new paritition walls and millwork, new floor and
wall finishes, patch and repair ceiling; 3. Modification of
existing HVAC system; 4. Modification of existing power, data
and lighting systems.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within 10 weeks.

Site Visit Date:
A site visit has been scheduled for 15th June 2015 @ 2:00 PM
PDST. Contractors are to meet at the main entrance on site
located at 471 Queensway Avenue, Kelowna, BC.  Contractors are
to note that this is not a mandatory site visit and is optional.
 However, it is recommended that contractors visit the site
prior to closing.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between 
$275,000.00 - $325,000.00.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through GETS - Buy and Sell. 
Addenda, when issued will be available from GETS - Buy and Sell.
 Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation)
documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk
and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
authority of their intention to bid.  In all cases, bidders must
indicate (when requested) in the space provided on the tender
form the identification number (s) of the addenda, if any, that
they have taken into consideration for their bid.

This procurement office provides procurement services to the
public in English.
