Asbestos Abatement

Location: 
Base Library and National Investigative Service (NIS) Building,
CFB Esquimalt, Esquimalt, B.C.

Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises, but is not limited to, the
asbestos abatement in the National Investigative Service
Building (NIS) (Naden 64) Building N4 and Base Library (N12)
crawlspace at the CFB Esquimalt, Esquimalt, British Columbia.
Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work. 

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

There will be a site visit on Feb 12, 2015 at 10:00am PST.
Interested bidders are to meet in front of NIS Building Naden,
CFB Esquimalt, Esquimalt, B.C.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority. Work under
this contract must be completed by March 31, 2015.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost between 
$90,000.00  - $120,000.00.

Firms intending to submit proposals on this project should

issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
Firms that elect to base their proposal on documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
intention to bid.
