Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises upgrading Hot Water (HW)
boiler, fittings and DHWT in five buildings and remedial work. 
The work is located at William Head Institution, Metchosin, BC.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work. 

Site Visit:
Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.  A site
visit is scheduled on Wednesday, March 21st, 2012 at 10:00am
local time, at William Head Institution, 6000 William Head Road,
Metchosin, BC.  A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder
will be permitted to examine the sites.  Contractors attending
the site visit are required to show one (1) piece of government
issued ID, such as a Drivers License.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within twelve (12) weeks from the date of such
notification.
