Tenderers should note that Attachments contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure. Work Description: Work to be done under this Contract comprises general construction for the supply and installation of new: 1. Sanitary pumps stations, sewage storage tanks, campground sani-lift station, sanitary gravity mains, sanitary forcemains, and sanitary pressure sustaining valve. 2. Water reservoir, water chlorination and pressure boosting stations, water services, and water supply mains. 3. Water supply main on Highway 4. 4. Fibre Optic network installation. 5. The Work also includes complete site restoration to equal or better condition. Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work. Site Visit: There will be NO SCHEDULED site visit for the subject solicitation. Contractors can access and examine the sites of the work at any time on their own should they choose to do so. Delivery Date: The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed within sixteen (16) weeks from Contract Award. Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender (solicitation) documents through Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. In all cases, bidders must indicate (when requested) in the space provided on the tender form the identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for their bid.
