Title:
Repair or Replacement of Roofs Standing Offer
Various locations for Department of National Defence, CFB Comox,
Lazo, BC

Work Description:
Work under this standing offer shall include all labour,
materials, tools, equipment, supervision and transporation
required for repair and/or replacement of roofing on various
buildings located in a.) 19 Wing comox, b.) HMCS Quadra, or c.)
Seal Bay Armoury.

Period of Standing Offer: Anticipatory from 16 February, 2015 to
15 February , 2018.

It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued.  
The estimated value of the standing offer is $300,000.00, GST
inclusive, for the duration of the 3-year standing offer.

The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Your company and your employees shall require a Reliability
Status Security Clearance. Clearance paperwork shall be
accomplished between PWGSC and Canadian Industrial Security
Division (CISD) and the successful contractor.
