Work Description:
Work under this standing offer includes, but not limited to, the provision of qualified technicians for the supply, installation and maintenance of commercial/industrial overhead doors, vehicle gates, roll shutters and miscellaneous related parts and materials. This work may include, on an as and when requested basis, the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment and transportation required to carry out repairs and replacement of overhead industrial doors, automated vehicle gates and roll shutters. This could include the replacement of bearings, motors and components for the above stated equipment. This work could be requested at, but not limited to, any one of three (3) locations at CFB Comox:  19 Wing, Quadra, and Seal Bay.
  
Period of Standing Offer: Anticipatory from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2024 for a three year period, with 2 one-year option periods.

It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued. The estimated value of the standing offer is $315,000.00, GST inclusive, for the duration of the 3-year standing offer.

THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
1.  The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2.  The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CSP, PWGSC. 

3.  Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CSP, PWGSC.
