Note to Tenderers:

Work Description:
Note: This procurement is subject to the Kluane First Nation
Final Agreement.

Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the
replacement of two existing sanitary septic systems.  The work
also includes site restoration from previous work completed
including installation of a new BST highway surface, grading and
drainage improvements, and concrete walkway installations and
miscellaneous site work.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit:
Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work. A site
visit is scheduled on Monday, August 11th 2014 at 1:00pm local
time, at the Beaver Creek Port of Entry on the Yukon and Alaska
Border along the Alaska Highway. A maximum of two (2)
representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the
sites.

August 7th, 2014.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within eight (8) weeks of contract award.


Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between $150,000 and $250,000.
