Asphalt Paving and Road Repairs Standing Offer
Various Projects, Dept. Of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt,
Victoria, BC

Work Description:
Work under this standing offer includes the furnishing of all
labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the
supply and installation of hot bituminous asphalt and related
materials for paving, road repairs and resurfacing as requested
by Project Manager at  Dept. Of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt,
Victoria, BC. Services to be provided on an "as required"
	basis.  

It is anticipated that two (2) standing offers will be issued.  
One for the lowest compliant aggregate evaluation total who will
be issued a standing offer for $420,000.00 (GST included) 70%
One for the second lowest compliant aggregate evaluation total
who will be issued a standing offer for $180,000.00 (GST
included) 30%

The two (2) lowest responsive offers with the lowest evaluated
prices will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

Period of Standing Offer:  3 years from date of award

THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Your company and your employees shall require a Reliability
Status Security Clearance. Clearance paperwork shall be
accomplished between PWGSC and Canadian Industrial Security
Division (CISD) and the successful contractor.

bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other
sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible
to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to

space provided on the tender form the identification number(s)
of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration
for their bid.
