Work Description:

Work to be performed under the Contract includes, but is not limited 
to, the following work, covered further in the Contract Documents.

for complete listing:

- Supply and install a new interior Secure Storage Room (SSR), complete 



with associated systems including:
o Mechanical
? Modifications to existing fire suppression system
? Relocation and demolition of existing mechanicalequipment
? Installation of new mechanical equipment
o Electrical
? Relocation, demolition, and installation of electrical equipment
o Security
? Installation of new security system
o Controls and testing/verifications
- Supply and installnewstorage racking and Individual Lock-up (A118)

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract and as shown on 
the drawings.  

Site Visit:

Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to 
submitting a tender for thiswork and to make inquiries or 
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site 
as well as the nature and extent of the work.
A site visit is scheduled on 18 May, 2017 @ 10:00 am local time .  
Interested bidders are to meet at the Pacific Environmental Science 
Centre, 2645 Dollarton Hwy North Vancouver, BC  V7H 1B1
Delivery Date:

The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of 
acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be 
completed within 24 weeks of award.

Value of Project:

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is 
estimated to cost between $100,000 and $120,000.00
