Title:  Ucluelet West Outer Harbour Electrical Reconstruction

Location: The Ulcluelet West Outer Small Craft Harbour is located at the end of Hemlock Street in the town of Ucluelet, BC, on the west coast of Vancouver Island about 180km west of Vancouver, BC.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement
This procurement is subject to the Maa-nulth Final Agreement.

Work Description:
The work to be carried out under this contract includes, but is not limited to the following items:

.1 Mobilisation/Demobilisation
.2 Existing electrical system demolition
.3 New electrical system construction
.4 Provide BCH demarcation point and run main feeder and conduit to new shore side kiosk, coordinate installation.
.5 Provide main shore side service kiosk and all float kiosks, (with the exception of Owner supplied kiosks), lighting, feeders, fasteners, conduit/cable and all elements of new outer harbour electrical system as per drawings and specification.
.6 Modify Owner supplied kiosks as per the specification requirements.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract and as shown on the drawings.  

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed December 22, 2017.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $200,000.00 and $250,000.00
