    Work Description: 
    Work of this Contract comprises the modification of the
    Incubation Room and the associated electrical, mechanical, as
    well as associated plumbing work in order to implement a water
    recirculation and chilling / heating system. The hatchery's
    incubation room requires 2 separate recirculation and chilling /
    heating systems to meet hatchery demands. This is an operating
    production hatchery that must remain in operation during the
    entire construction project. The project is located at 283
    Haisla Blvd., Kitimat, BC. 
    
    Site Visit: 
    Bidders are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
    submitting a tender for this work and to become thoroughly
    acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the
    work.

    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between 
    $375,000 and $425,000.
