Regional Individual Standing Offer for General Construction. To
supply all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and
transportation necessary to provide general construction on an
as and when requested basis for the Deptartment Of National
Defence. Work is to be performed in the Nanaimo Area, British
Columbia. 

Work under this standing offer may include but is not limited to:
•	Carpentry 
•	Concrete 
•	Masonry 
•	Tile 
•	Flooring 
•	Electrical
•	Alarm tech [fire]
•	Painting 
•	Drywall
•	Plumbing
•	Gas fitter
•	Refrigeration [HVAC]
•	Millwright (Metal Fabrication)
•	Trade helper/apprentice

Security Requirement:
Your company and your employees shall require a Reliability
Status Security Clearance. Clearance paperwork shall be
accomplished between PWGSC and Canadian Industrial Security
Division (CISD) and the successful contractor.

Period of Standing Offer: Estimated from 29 April 2015 to 28
April 2018. 
The Contractor hereby grants to Canada two (2) irrevocable
options to extend the term of the Contract each for an
ADDITIONAL CONSECUTIVE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD, under the same
terms and conditions as contained in the Standing Offer.

Estimate Funding: $900,000.00,  GST included. (for 3 year period)
It is anticipated that two standing offers shall be issued.
