Title:  Timber Wharf Demolition 

Location: Campbell River Small Craft Harbour, BC

Work Description: 
Work under this contract consists of the supply of heavy equipment - complete with the operators, labourers, and materials - to complete designated heavy marine construction The Owner/Engineer will identify each task I advance and provide drawings and specifications for each task. The Contractor will provide a work plan and schedule for completion of each task.

Task work includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
- creosote timber pile driving and removal 
- steel pile driving and removal
- steel sheet pile driving
- concrete deck panel removal
- timber wharf removal
- gangway removal and installation

Site Visit: 
There will be NO SCHEDULED SITE VISIT.  However, Bidders are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
 
Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by February 15, 2018.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,300,000 and $1,500,000.
