    Title: Dockyard 250 (DY250) Scrubber Maintenance and Repair Standing Offer
    Location: CFB Esquimalt, Vancouver Island, BC
    
    Description of Work:
    The scheduled maintenance, repairs and replacements of parts associated with five Electroplating Scrubbers located at CFB Esquimalt in Dockyard building 250, as requested by the Department Of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC. Services to be provided on an "as and when requested" basis.  
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada’s intention is to authorize one Standing Offer for a period of three years, plus two (2) additional one (1) year option periods. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $950,000 (including GST / HST and option years).
    
    THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
    The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), PWGSC.
    
    The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
    
    Optional Site Visit:
    There will be a site visit on January 15, 2019 at 9:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at CFB Esquimalt, Dockyard building 250. The site visit will begin in the Dock Yard Gate Parking Lot. Vehicles will be parked at the Dock Yard Gate and bidders will be escorted to the work site, which is approximately a 10 minute walk. Bidders will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including hard hat, high visibility vest, and safety footwear.
    
    All site visit attendees must first pre-register with the Contracting Authority, Donna Fung, by email at donna.fung@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca no later than January 11, 2019 with the name(s) of the individual(s) attending the site visit and the name of the company. A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the sites.
