    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
    consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
    directory structure.
    
    Work Description: 
    The work of this contract comprises remediation of the COL 18
    Fill Site.  The scope of work includes excavation of salt,
    metals and PAH impacted soil, transport of soil to a stockpile
    area for re-characterisation, and restoration of the site. 
    Handling and collection of impacted surface water may be
    required.  Restoration includes placing of owner supplied fill
    to minimise slope instability and importing of topsoil to
    minimise erosion and provide a base for planting (to be
    completed by others).
    
    Site Visit:
    A Site Visit has been scheduled for January 30, 2013 at 10:30
    a.m.  Interested Bidders are to meet at the Canadian Forces Base
    (CFB) Esquimalt Colwood Main Gate - Wilfert Road, Victoria, B.C

    Value of Project: 
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between 
    700,000.00 to 750,000.00.
    
    Firms intending to submit tenders for this project should obtain

    services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
    (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
    their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid
