Title:  Lower Battery Rehabilitation 
Location:  Fort Rodd Hill, Victoria, BC

Work Description:
The work of this contract comprises of conservation of several concrete structures and fortifications of the Lower Battery and Central Areas of Fort Rodd Hill National Historic Site.  The work includes various types of historic concrete repairs, re-roofing, steel repairs, metalwork repairs, brick masonry repairs, drainage repairs, wood repairs and cedar shingle roofing, and scraping and cleaning of various material surfaces.  

Site Visit:
A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 1000 PDST.  Bidders are to meet at the FortRodd Hill administration building, located at 603 Fort Rodd Hill Road, Victoria, BC.

Completion Date:
Complete the work within twenty four (24) weeks after contract award.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,000,000.00 to $1,500,000.00.
